Exclusive to Top of the Table members, your registration fee includes all sessions, programs, designated meal functions and events. Each Top of the Table member also can register one guest at an additional cost. Guest information must be provided at the time of registration. A guest is defined as a spouse, significant other, parent or child over the age of 21. Top of the Table members are ineligible to attend as your guest. If your guest is a Top of the Table member, they must register as an attendee and can register a guest if they like. Please note that MDRT members who are not a spouse, significant other, parent or child over the age of 21 are ineligible to attend as your guest.
Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed.

Refund Information
Registration cancellation and refund policy
Meeting registration cancellation for the Top of the Table Annual Meeting must be received by written notice to be eligible for any type of refund. The Top of the Table Annual Meeting registration refund policy is as follows:

Cancellations postmarked or received by email at tot@mdrt.org on or before September 9, 2025, will receive a full refund, less a USD 100 administrative fee.

Cancellations postmarked or received by email at tot@mdrt.org September 10 through September 23, 2025, will receive a 50% refund, less a USD 100 administrative fee.

Cancellations postmarked or received by email at tot@mdrt.org after September 24, 2025, will not receive a refund.
Visa Denial
MDRT will not process refunds for visa denials received after August 27, 2025. Members who are denied a U.S. visa are eligible to receive a full refund for the meeting registration fee only if official documentation of their visa denial is provided to MDRT at mdrt@maritz.com by August 27, 2025. MDRT cannot process refunds for visa denials after this date. Visa denial letters must be submitted individually.
