Exclusive to Top of the Table members, your registration fee includes all sessions, programs, designated meal functions and events. Each Top of the Table member also can register one guest at an additional registration fee that includes designated meal functions and events. Guest information must be provided at the time of registration. A guest is defined as a spouse, significant other, parent or child over the age of 21. Top of the Table members are ineligible to attend as your guest. If your guest is a Top of the Table member, they must register as an attendee and can register a guest if they would like.
Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed.

Registration will be open until the meeting sells out, at which time a registration wait list will become available and addressed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Refund Information
Registration cancellation and refund policy
Meeting registration cancellation for the Top of the Table Annual Meeting must be received by written notice to be eligible for any type of refund. The Top of the Table Annual Meeting registration refund policy is as follows:

Cancellations postmarked or received by email at tot@mdrt.org on or before August 25, 2026, will receive a full refund, less a USD 100 administrative fee.

Cancellations postmarked or received by email at tot@mdrt.org August 26 through September 7, 2026, will receive a 50% refund, less a USD 100 administrative fee.

Cancellations postmarked or received by email at tot@mdrt.org after September 8, 2026, will not receive a refund.
