We suggest you make your hotel reservations at the same time you register, and no later than 11:59 p.m. Central Time on September 11, 2026, to ensure you receive the special Top of the Table rate. Availability is not guaranteed, and reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Your meeting confirmation email will include a room reservation link.
The negotiated room rate is USD 465, which includes a mandatory USD 50 per room, per day resort fee. In addition to the room rate are the following charges:-Housekeeping gratuity of USD 5 per room, per day -One-time charge of USD 10 per round-trip porterage gratuity-At check-in, the resort processes USD 250 per day authorization hold for potential guest room incidental fees

This allows guests with a valid driver's license and valid United States driver insurance coverage to utilize one of the five Lexus vehicles for up to three hours each day of your stay. These are based on availability, and all guests will be required to sign a waiver with the Hotel Concierge.
Room rate does not include applicable state and local taxes, 10% occupancy tax and .03% California Tourism Assessment Fee. (subject to change)
Pre and Post Dates
The guest room rates will be offered by the hotel three days prior and three days after the meeting dates, subject to availability. These rates will be in effect October 2–11, 2026. Please note, there is limited space for extension pre and post meeting dates. Please book core dates and contact tot@mdrt.org if you are unsuccessful in booking additional dates.

Members must be registered for the meeting to secure a hotel room. A credit card valid through the duration of your stay is required to confirm your reservation at the time of booking. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted. The hotel will send a confirmation email of the hotel reservation once it has been completed. Members are able to reserve one room.

Cancellation and no-show policies
There is a seven-day cancellation policy for all hotel reservations. Inside seven days prior to arrival, the individual credit card will be charged one night's room and tax charges for canceling the reservation.
