Visa information and letter of invitation

Visa denial

MDRT will not process refunds for visa denials received after August 27, 2025. Members who are denied a U.S. visa are eligible to receive a full refund for the meeting registration fee only if official documentation of their visa denial is provided to MDRT at mdrt@maritz.com by August 27, 2025. MDRT cannot process refunds for visa denials after this date. Visa denial letters must be submitted individually.

Valid Travel dates for the 2025 Top of the Table Annual Meeting in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, are October 19-28, 2025.  MDRT’s official airline is United Airlines. United offers attendees special meeting discounts when traveling to Phoenix from 2% to 8% when traveling to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).  Discounts apply on flights operated by United, or flight operated by United-branded United Express and eligible United codeshare operated and marketed flights.  Applicable restrictions and fare rules apply. Travel and transportation

Book early to secure best flights and lowest fares. For the most direct flight, PHX is approximately eight miles from the Phoenician Scottsdale. Car rental

If you would like to rent a car while staying in Scottsdale, please arrange through skyharbor.com/ground-transportation/.

Car rental service is available on-site at the Phoenician.

Parking is available at the Phoenician. Self-parking is USD 28 and valet parking is USD 40.

International travel
