Juli Y. McNeely, CFP, CLU, grew up in the financial services profession, watching her mother and father serve clients. She currently is an owner of Financial Clarity by Design, an independent firm founded by her father, while also growing her personal coaching practice, Juli McNeely Consulting LLC. She became NAIFA’s first female president in 2014 and was awarded the WIFS Woman of the Year award in 2015. In 2016, McNeely released “No Necktie Needed: A Woman’s Guide to Success in Financial Services.” How can you develop a business model that promotes sustainability and greater embedded value with recurring income? MDRT members share techniques that have led them to do just that. Gregory K. Large, CLU, ChFC, is a founding member of Lenox Advisors, where he currently serves as president. Since 1999, Large has focused on building a client-centric wealth management platform to service clients across the country. His primary role today is centered on the strategic growth of Lenox Advisors, including the integration of evolving technology, strategic partnerships, and the expansion of the Lenox capabilities suite and national footprint. He has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal and Advisor Today, has appeared on Bloomberg Television and received recognition multiple times by Forbes magazine as a top financial security professional. Timothy M. Reis, LUTCF, began his career in financial services at the age of 21, assisting clients with their retirement and insurance needs. In 1993, he founded Reis Financial Services LLC, where he focused primarily on comprehensive financial planning. Since then, Reis has provided financial, investment, retirement, tax and estate planning services to hundreds of clients. In 2023, he sold his firm to Merit Financial Advisors and currently serves as their wealth manager. Reis frequently attends financial conferences, collaborates with fellow successful advisors from around the world and is in good standing with numerous financial services organizations.
