Members must be registered for the meeting to secure a hotel room. A credit card valid through July 2026 is required to confirm your reservation. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted. The hotel will send a confirmation email of the hotel reservation once it has been completed. Members are able to reserve one room.

Pre- and post-meeting date reservations
The guest room rates will be offered by the hotel three days prior and three days after the meeting dates, subject to avaialbility. These rates will be in effect October 16–28, 2025.
Cancellation and no-show policies
There is a seven-day cancellation for all call-in and/or reservations. Inside seven days prior to arrival, the individual credit card will be charged one night's room and tax charges for canceling the reservation.
