Members must be registered for the meeting to secure a hotel room. A credit card valid through July 2025 is required to confirm your reservation. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted. The hotel will send a confirmation email of the hotel reservation once it has been completed. Members are able to reserve one room.

The rate is USD 339, in addition to a USD 20 per room/per day resort fee.
A deposit equal to two nights room and tax by credit card is required.
Beginning with the third adult sharing a room, a USD 75 fee will be charged. There will be no charge for children under the age of 18 sharing the same room with their parents and utilizing existing bedding. Maximum capacity is four (4) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) children per room.
Room rate does not include an applicable 17.96% tax (4.712% state tax and 13.25% transient tax).
Pre- and post-date reservations are based on limited availability due to hotel occupancy over these dates and are not secured or guaranteed.
Hotel reservations cancelled up to 21 days prior to arrival will be accepted and the deposit refunded for that room for the full night's stay. For reservations cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival, individuals will be responsible for the full stay; no-shows will be billed for the entire stay.

You are strongly encouraged to arrange your transportation prior to arrival. The easiest way to get around the island is by car. Taxi services are the most available and should be prearranged. It is difficult to obtain a taxi after 10 p.m. without being prearranged. You can make these arrangements through the hotel concierge at +1 (808) 887-7320 or fairmontorcconcierge@bluehawaiian.com. Uber and Lyft are new to the island and are not as available.

Members who are denied a U.S. visa are eligible to receive a full refund for the meeting registration fee only if official documentation of their visa denial is provided to tot@mdrt.org by August 23, 2024. MDRT cannot process refunds for visa denials received after August 23, 2024.
